A Flame Ionization Detector analyzer designed to assure safe operation for cryogenic air separation plants, the FID ensures the level of Total Hydrocarbons (THC) is maintained below flammable limits, as well as providing quality control in pure O2, N2, Ar, Air, He and CO2.
